How I feel Friday afternoon/evening. Saturdays I’ll let myself sleep late, workout, do something like go to the pool or on a hike. Then Sunday study what I fucked up the week before, and prepare the strategy for the upcoming week. The mandatory decompression period helps keep me sane.

After 10 years, the game is not the same. You only wait for the moment of emotion, make the trade, and then either exit or stay until expiration, or wait for the % of earning you need. It is boring but 1000% more profitable. However, you still watch this place for fun.
