How much money do I need in bootcamp

I'm going to Navy RTC on November 4th. I have a wife and a kid. Our living situation allows us to pay low rent compared to the average rent in my city. I'll be going in as an E3 with a salary of $2377.50. I will also get a BAH of 3k. My family will be more than okay with the BAH. My question is, will I need any money while in BootCamp? Someone mentioned that I must use cash for things like hygiene products; I was planning on going crazy on my tsp and going up to 80% contribution until rtc ends since my family will be good. How much money will I be able to survive if I need any, and is this a good plan? Thank you guys in advance.
