Allstate sucks. From a court perspective

I don’t recommend them! The truth: I worked five years for a judge in superior court for a major metropolitan city and Allstate takes EVERYTHING to court. Got hit by a drunk driver who was uninsured and you have a high % for uninsured motorist – guess what they aren’t going help YOU. Unless ordered by the court and they go to court. Some of the judges actually stated that they were going to file a complaint against Allstate because they were abusing the court system by initially denying claims and making consumers go to court for every single claim. Do you understand what a headache this is and how so many people don’t do this after denials?!?

They don’t support consumers. You paid for the insurance and should be able to be protected. Of course there is always fraud but be wary. There are better companies out there.
