Hello Guys , about two weeks ago I got into a accident the other guys rear ended my car , his insurance company(KEMPER) is willing to pay for the rental but they said that I was going to pay it upfront and then after the car is repair they are going to reimburse me the money , the thing is I can’t rent a car because I’m 20 and I have a learner license and my mothers license is expired , my question is can someone like a friend rent the car for me then I can provide those receipts to the insurance and will they pay for it or it has to be me the one renting it.
