Everyone is using the FL fund for insurance and they are trying everything they can to get them off. That, paired with extreme weather and high humidity, make upkeep difficult and expensive.
If you make enough and/or have enough saved, anything is possible, but be prepared for a drastic lifestyle hit if you overextend
