PPM move empty weight ticket

I have a question. I somehow forgot to get an empty weight ticket for my 20 ft U-Haul, but I do have a full weight ticket.
Would I be able to just get a U-Haul of the same size for the empty weight ticket or would the different license plates be an issue? Just wanted to check since I’m currently waiting on a call back from TMO.
