Hello this morning on my way to drop off my children at school I was hit by another driver from behind, I felt a jump and when I looked at my rearview mirror the vehicle was so close I could see his nose hairs (joking) but anyways, I got out of my vehicle and took pictures. There was no visible damage and the man works for a company and I really don’t want to get him in trouble because we all make mistakes he looked my age (about 30/35) but he didn’t seem worried whatsoever. I am disabled and not only that but my 6/7 year old were in the vehicle. Being that I drive a lifted Jeep wrangler with a mounted tire on the back, I don’t understand how he couldn’t have kept his distance. I need advice.. Would you report it to his company? I know that he will most likely lose his job or have other unfavorable repercussions and I’m not trying to get anyone in trouble for no reason but I am worried that he could have messed up my mounted tire’s rim because they are really pricey I like to take care of my vehicles. Thank you for your advice

    1. If you’re concerned about the tire and rim, have a mechanic look at them. If you need them replaced, you should try his insurer first.
