I have a question about FSA. E6 navy, been stationed in Norfolk for 2 years. Got married recently and my spouse and her children are living in another state and because of their parenting plan with the kids father they are unable to move here. Would I be entitled to FSA?
Our ship will not be deploying or going out to sea at all the remainder of my time here. Thanks for your help!

That’s a you problem not a navy issue so no FSA.
