Found not at fault for fatal motorcycle accident. How do i go about getting reimbursed for my injuries and property damage.

Basically I was hit from the side by a motorcycle going 50 over the speed limit and the driver had amphetamines in his system so no fault was given to me, but I only had liability insurance as im 20 years old and my autistic brother was in the car when this happened. My insurance reached a settlement against his wife for a wrongful death suit, but since he’s at fault wouldn’t that get thrown out? And is his insurance liable to pay me because he was the at fault party in the accident? My car was totaled due to basically the entire engine bay falling in, frame damage to the entire front of the car and the oil pan cracking. This in Louisiana if that helps.
