Looking for Landlord/Rental Property Insurance in Northern Virginia (Arlington, VA)

I have had a tough time finding an insurance provider to switch to! I am contemplating a move from Virginia to Illinois and my current provider does not continue to cover me if I move out of state. I have four rentals, no pets, no claim history, I just want a cost effective insurance policy on my rental if I decide to move. Totally open and looking for recommendations for who to speak with to get quotes. Please let me know if you have help or guidance with this, thank you in advanced!
