I'm seriously thinking about health insurance, but I can't afford to buy one. Should I work extra hours to pay for it? I am already working 50 hrs a week to pay my bills.

Depends on where you live. Based on your username, I’m guessing it’s not the US, where not having health insurance would be insane.

You should see if you can buy it because you just never know what can happen. Does your employer offer it? If so get it through them. If not, se if you can buy it from an insurance company.
I just had to have shoulder surgery and am still going to physical therapy because of that. If I didn’t have insurance, I wouldn’t have been able to have the surgery or go to physical therapy.
