quesiton

Basically, my question is if its possible to create an LLC to trade under in order to protect my personal assets in the event that a short fails incredibly badly (eg my hedges also fail etc)

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but it just seemed like a simple solution to avoid some of the major risks associated with short selling.
