Hi friends, I got rear ended at a stop with my blinker on when I was exiting the freeway, it was a yield and there was on coming cars. The person didn’t know it was a yield (I assume) and hit me probably going 20 or so MPH. I went to the ER they gave me meds and diagnosed me with whiplash. Will my rates go up?

I’m no expert, but I don’t think your rates would go up if you weren’t at fault.
Depends on the state but yes it’s possible.
