That was a wreck. I pull up behind a white car when a Firefighter told this girl to go back the other way. She immediately puts it in reverse and backed into my car. She was going to keep driving off until flag her down and told her to pull over after she said "Your car is fine!" 😒
. Anyway, her mom and dad
came and we exchanged information. With me having a $500 deductible, should I bring insurance into this or just rock it out?
Is it worth it to file an insurance claim?

You can attempt to go through their insurance.
I would in no way involve my own insurance over this minor of damage.
if the other party was at fault and doesn’t dispute that, just file a claim with her insurance and let them deal with paying for your repairs and a rental; your deductible only applies if you use your own coverage
