If I am resident of a state with no income tax, will my military bonus be taxed? In the air force website it says "Texas Air National Guard members pay absolutely no state income tax on their military pay". I am not sure if the ANG enlistment bonus is seen part of the income or a separate pay.

It will be federally taxed, yes.
You won’t be hit with State income taxes, but you will still get hit with Federal Income tax, which should be somewhere around 24-26%,
