Hey everybody,
Hoping for some advice/help. I left my civilian Title 32 position exactly a year ago this month. I requested a refund on my FERS contributions. I spoke with OPM yesterday who said they are waiting for my SF 3100 before they release the refund. I spoke with DFAS today who said I did not have a 3100 and sent me to AFPC who said that is not something they generate.
I do not know where to turn from here. Could anybody please help?
