So I just hit my 12 year mark yesterday and I have done all the steps to accept my CP bonus. On MOL it had an approved date back in February with also a payment date. It has my initial payment date as yesterday which was also my 12 year mark but I have not been paid out yet. It shows the amount I’m supposed to get as well. Do I just need to wait a few more days for a pay cycle or how long should I wait to call MPO according to the MARADMIN?
