My wife died this week and I hate to be thinking of money at a time like this but I really need advice. She took care of all the finances and was not feeling well before her death and a few bills are unpaid. I found the life insurance was past due but still in the grace period. I immediately paid but am nervous that they will deny coverage now. I have the notice saying the grace period lasted until next week and I am now current. Is there any risk that they will deny coverage because of this? We have been paying on this policy for over 6 years.

As long as you were within the grace period you should by OK altho it might take a few days for it to show up in their system.
