Currently have Truist and not the biggest fan. I had Freedom Mortgage on my last home I owned and considering switching to them for the ease and familiarity. Anyone switched banks for a VA mortgage before or have any advice / considerations?

I switched prioritizing rate and term over ease. Fortunately, I did get lucky and the current lender that services my loan is pretty great. I would recommend going to a competent mortgage broker.
