2nd VA loan on next door house

BLUF: Need help on how to answer why I am moving to pass underwriting. what are my options?

Current VA loan on our 1st house met the 1+ year rule & plenty of entitlement left to purchase 2nd home next door. My concern is coming up with legit reason why this purchase will be my 'primary' resident when this 2nd potential home has similarity/comp to my current home:

• same size
• same layout
• less land
• less updates/modernization

Some potential routes I think may work:

• show proof that current home already have tenants as a rental
• family size increase because at our 1st VA loan inception 5 years ago we didn't have a child, now we do

thoughts/ideas? TIA. help me brainstorm a strategy please
