holding options over the weekend

If I buy 10 options, each costing $1, and the theta is -0.15, that's 15 dollars a day per contract right?
so thats 15×10 contracts x 3 days (Sat, Sun,Mon)
My options will be worth 1000-450= $550 when market opens up on monday morning?
please can someone confirm if this is true.
