So, got into an accident with a hertz renter. Initially the guy driving the hertz vehicle stated he had no insurance, leading us no option other than to go after hertz insurance. We found his personal insurance 3 months later, and now filed a claim with them as well. I was injured and i’m doing physical therapy at the moment and had surgery as well, would I be able to get paid from both Hertz and state-farm for bodily injury?
