For an incident that occurred with a rental car in Ireland, my credit card insurance company is asking for a document outlining the covered territories of my primary auto insurance. I live in the US and have Progressive. From what I’ve read online they only cover NA but I can’t find an official document anywhere that specifically states that. Can anyone guide me to one?

It should be in your policy book/contract, they would’ve sent you a copy when you first bought the policy. If you don’t have it you can call Progressive & have them send you another one.
Call progressive and ask for a copy of the policy jacket or policy language about rental car uses.
it’ll be in the “part vii – general provisions” of your auto policy
https://www.milestonepnc.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/12/Auto-Policy-Contract-Progressive.pdf page 26 in this version of the progressive policy (don’t rely on this as there are different policy contracts for every state and every progressive subsidiary, not to mention this one is 7 years old)
Log into your policy, click documents in the things to do menu, then change the drop down menu to contracts. Click the pdf.
