Hello, I am looking to rollover my Roth TSP to a Roth IRA. I have a small taxable amount in my Roth TSP. Will I owe taxes on the taxable amount upon completion of the rollover? If so, is it better to rollover my taxable amount into a traditional IRA to continue deferring taxes until I actually withdraw?
