Is there a rough formula for medical settlements in a rear end accident

I’ll try and be brief, despite the complicated situation. In a nutshell, a young girl was FaceTiming on her phone and rear ended me, at an almost full stop, going roughly 65mph. She totaled out my boat and 3yr old truck, causing close to $70k in damages

So she had $27.5k in collision and $50k medical. I filed my truck under my personal policy for expediency. My boat hadn’t been in water in almost 2 yrs so I hadn’t had a boat policy on it in a while. Needless to say, my almost $50k truck is going to swallow her collision coverage

Since the accident ive had considerable upper back, neck, and shoulder pain. Ive had a left shoulder MRI, head/neck CT, and just got a right shoulder/neck MRI a few days ago. Sleeping and driving long distances has been miserable. Ive yet to have anything come back conclusive YET besides whiplash and supposed arthritis in my neck. Some tears in my left shoulder, but ive had previous surgery on that shoulder as well

I’ll be perfectly frank, although some may dislike it. I simply want all my property replaced. I don’t make a ton of money and didn’t have uninsured/underinsured motorist. I’ve already run up $10k in medical probably. Even if they find tears in my right shoulder im not going under the knife. I’ll just get cortisone semi regularly. Probably going to take a bunch of chiro visits to get my neck/back feeling right again. I have a PI lawyer, so there’s 33% right there. What’s my best course of action here. Three plus months of PT and chiro visits? Im 51 and never been in a vehicle collision as a driver. Yes im banged up but I’ll live. In reality I just want to be made whole materially
