If a condo HOA's master insurance policy is "bare walls", does that typically mean they will pay for reconstructing the interior walls of the unit (e.g. walls separating the bedroom, living room, etc.) as well as all the electrical and plumbing inside those walls?

I am trying to get a handle on what I would be responsible for and what my dwelling coverage limit would be reasonable. For example, would a reasonable coverage limit be equivalent to a full (but NOT gut) renovation of the kitchen, bathrooms, floor installation, painting, installation of window treatments, etc?

    Thanks in advance!
