We have a sick family member at the hospital, I thought I had autopay with Geico, but didn't and Geico cancelled my policy today retroactive 3 weeks and only would run a new policy starting tomorrow. How do I reach their executive office? I cannot afford to have a gap in insurance and I never received their letter stating the policy would be cancelled.

    Thank you.

    1. There not going to do anything…

You didn’t pay your bill, they can prove they sent something.

If you didn’t receive it, that’s not Geico’s fault.

    2. Unfortunately, what’s done is done. The 3 weeks was your grace period to get your policy back in good standing before it was cancelled. They will not undo the cancellation.

    3. It’s useless to contact executive offices. You have a lapse. If you can’t afford their rate, get quotes from companies that will take you will a lapse (some won’t). Maybe you can get a better rate, maybe not. But contacting “executive offices” can and will get younothing.
