I am stationed in Germany and just recently married my wife who is a German Citizen. I am PCSing very shortly CONUS. She will have to stay in Germany for some time to finish school. Do I qualify for the BAH/OHA for her area? I am told from my S-1 that they will only cover for my housing in the states. That doesn't make sense because I need to be able to support her while she finishes school. Any help is great. Thanks!

You get BAH for where you’re stationed. The military does not care where your spouse lives unless they order you to be separated. It’s her choice that she finishes school. Military pays for you to live together, not live wherever you want.
