Still awaiting PPM Reimbursement from January

Hi! First time military spouse here, feeling super in the dark as to how this all works. We moved ourselves back in January and submitted all of the necessary paperwork within a couple weeks of the move. Since then, my husband has been following up relentlessly via email & calling the PPM office, but to no avail. We got the quotes for what we should expect to be reimbursed (I believe back in Feb.) but never actually got the reimbursement. We got ahold of someone last week who told us to resubmit everything like new. I was hesitant but we ultimately did it. Now we have gotten no email confirmation or anything from the new submission. Wondering if anyone else has encountered this long of a wait and if there are any resources for us to get this moving along or see what went wrong? Thank you in advance 🙂
