Not a happy customer right now.

    You'd think they'd have to have some kind of approval/confirmation before they just start doing this. And I'm reading they also charge early cancellation fees?

    Anyone dealt with this before and gotten your money back?

    Direct Auto 'took over' my Esurance policy. I never signed up with them, and went with Geico. Direct Auto is now charging my credit card.

    1. They assume from all the information they send that if you don’t contact them you want the insurance …

      Cause you know people don’t read stuff and then cancel and don’t have insurance and have an accident… The. You’d be pissed.

      Call them and show that you got insurance elsewhere.
