Can I use my dead uncles gi bill

I’m a senior in high school and I’m trying to find anyway to pay for college. My family is on the lower end of social classes. My uncle died post 9/11 while on active duty he has no dependents and I was wondering if it could somehow transfer over to me. All help is greatly appreciated
