Currently deployed, but receiving OCUNUS COLA (mil-mil no kids so single rate for both of us).
They are trying to take away our COLA since we’re gone for more than 30 days. Looked in all the finance regs and couldn’t find anything, so off to Reddit I go for the best information.
Does anyone know if single Airmen or mil-mil with no dependents are still entitled to their OCUNUS COLA? And if so do they have a reg that states it?

If you’re on leave for 30+ days, COLA stops. If you’re on orders, you’re entitled to COLA based on your PDS.
