Story. I was on my way home from a big job interview and high a tire on the highway, it was 11pm, I had other cars on my sides and behind me, so it was pretty unavailable. The dang tire messed up my car bad. There was a big thud, then my car displayed the engine light and told me that there was a low oil warning.(OIL COLOR IS RED AND SOME BROWN. I pull into a parking lot shortly after hit my sos button get me a tow truck and have it hauled to my dealership.

The next morning I get in contact with my insurance (PROGESSIVE) agency just to find out that my policy was closed. The reasoning was because they couldnt take the funds out of my account when the due date rolled by because it had insufficient funds

I check my banking app to see that my accounts had be absolutely drained of funds and credit points. I check the emails wondering why I haven't gotten any alerts or phone calls to find out my email has been logged into and my banking information was alerted and accessed by another email and number that wasn't mine. (Apparently some little fucker in New Mexico)

I explained the situation to my bank and then my insurance agency, I got all my funds back but progressive won't do anything about my policy and even if they did the accident happened while I didn't have a policy in place.

So what the heck do I do at this point I'm screwed and I'm gonna have to come outta pocket for repairs and won't have a car until it repaired.

Hit a tire on the highway, no insurance am I cooked?
