That’s not always the case.People are Energy and they feed off of,repel, or try others. If they try you and you’re open like a book, they will use you. If you have BOUNDARIES, they will walk away.

There is a much different of between people using you and you being nice.
Nice is not about everytime saying yes, it’s you who allow others to use you. You can be nice and say no both at the same time.
