I had an insured tell me to my face today that [their insurance carrier] can shove their picture-taking drone right up their ass because her roof is fine. (She got an ACV roof at renewal letter).
I am so sick of this shit.

Have a client getting cancelled for filing too many claims call and tell us that we need to erase the claims off of his record because he’s having a hard time finding insurance.
Thats a new one
