I don't know how people do it. I work a 9-5 from home at my desk and then from 5-10 I work on my side stuff. I get up, I move around, I work out but I am dying. My ass hurts, my back hurts, I find myself veering off into random thoughts because I feel stuck. Does anyone else deal with this?

    1. You may need to change vocations or take your show outside and work from other locations if possible.

I’m ADHD enough to work in short spurts and mix up my activity but I also travel a lot so I’m constantly on the move.

    2. Get a standing desk and switch also look in /r/bodyweightfitness sub on their BWF primer and reccomended routine and stretching routines too. Strenghten your body and it won’t hurt anymore trust. I don’t really recommend weightlifting tbh, it’s good but meh, too many of my friends got random injuries, while I don’t know anyone who got injured from just training with their own body soo..

    3. – standing desk (start with a box on your desk)
      – take a laptop to Starbucks or a co-working space
      – short workouts at home

    4. I think this is very common. Is there any way to break up your day more? What about being a part of some kind of network/community of fellow entrepreneurs? Would engaging with them in same way help you get some ideas or stop feeling stuck?
