It’s pretty much a given that most entrepreneurs go through stages when doors seem closed, but for those who got really close to the edge by running out of runway or options and managed to pull off a successful takeoff anyways, what changed?

People who succeeded after all seemed lost, how did you turn it around?

    1. Luck, big risk, perseverance. Maxed out everything, spent every penny, had my family white knuckling. Now I play golf 3-5X a week, spend tons of time with the kids, and pursue my hobbies

Most people who turn it around hit a point where they stop trying to follow the usual path and just get scrappy. they focus on what actually moves the needle instead of chasing shiny ideas or conventional advice. often it’s doubling down on their core customers, finding a new angle to solve their pain point, or just grinding through when others would’ve quit. sometimes you have to get creative with resources too like cut costs, stretch runway, pivot on a dime. biggest shift is usually mental though, when you’re all in, you find a way.
