I round tripped $28k in left over gains in 2021, they all crashed to about $6k. I feel your pain Lark, I wonโt do it again either.
I'm really unsure about what to do with BTC. Round trip the bitcoin or sell it as well. That's my only concern

I agree I'm selling all my altcoins too… However I'm not selling my BTC, getting it in the past was easy I think this next cycle it's going to be harder to actually buy BTC as a retail buyer. And they will add limits and track who buys in my opinion ๐ฎ
Lark! He'll go broke because he's a dinosaur $hitckoin maxi, why not swap out of $hitcoin at the peak and swap back in at a low if that's your thing? I really don't know if btc will reach a 100k exchange rate. I think anyone still using the term "altcoin" will get left behind
