Every time I think of an idea involving a digital product I just keep on thinking how AI is eventually just going to get better and replace the thing I want to build and it sucks the motivation right out of starting the business.

Not trying to come off at rude but why not try to use AI into your vision so it benefits you and your business?
This is a sentiment shared by everyone who works in digital anything.
Truth is – AI is changing the game, and the only way to stay on top is to stay ahead.
Gone are the days of build once – distribute forever.
Luckily AI can’t replace human creativity.
If you can use AI to its capacity while figuring out new ways to make your product better, you’ll thrive no matter how good AI gets.
The things that would be cool but were once way too resource intensive to build? Now achievable through human + AI input.

Anything which requires language and is language based will be automated by AI but arranging all of those will always need humans till we have AGI which the current LLMs will never get to, since they cannot crack consciousness.
Try making a business that works with AI technology instead of against it. Discover ways to add AI to your service or product to make it better and stay ahead of the curve.
You might also want to build a strong brand and a customer base that values personal service and human relationship, which AI can’t fully replicate.
