BRS continuation pay active duty vs. reserve/guard

Hey I’m trying to see if anyone has some experience with a situation similar to mine.
I am an O3, active duty in the Army with 8 years of service currently. I am weighing my options of getting out of active duty and joining the Texas national guard or a reserve unit in Texas. My question is how much is the BRS continuation pay for a reservist vs active duty? Is it possible to join the guard/reserve with a signing bonus and utilize continuation pay at the same time? I’m also weighing my options of staying in, I know how much the CP is for active duty; I just don’t know how the CP is calculated with the guard/reserve.
