Every 6 months or so we get a new pin hole leak that needs causes a piece of the ceiling to be cut open to fix each individual leak.
These have mostly been due to hard water eating the pipes sometimes exacerbated by poor installation of current pipes.

It is probably best to re-pipe the whole house to prevent this from happening.

To re pipe our house and re do all the pipes will be up upward of 20k plus re-drywalling every thing after.

Is there any claim to be made on the home insurance? (We also have a home warranty)
