How to Opt in for BRS in the year of 2024?

I joined the Army in 2017 and was directly commissioned as a reservist; now, I am O3 starting ADOS-AC from 10/01/2024. This will be a year tour, but I am considering going into Active Duty while on ADOS. When I joined the Army, I knew there was the BRS but did not learn about the deadline, so I have been automatically under the Traditional Retirement System so far. However, I am hoping to see if there is any way I can opt-in for the BRS program. If anyone has done this recently or anytime after the deadline, I would appreciate it if you could share how you were still able to opt in.
