Does anyone have any affiliate experience, I want to set up a programme but not sure who to use

Has anyone had any experience in using affiliates for their business? I think it could work well for my business but there are loads of companies out there offering the same service and I wondered if anyone here can recommend one to me? Ideally one where I can find people to be an affiliate, like a marketplace.
