Is it worth to switch to Allstate basic plan?

I have Geico right now and it’s reasonable, but it might go up because all the mileage on my car, but I was looking at Allstate basic plans and I was wondering what’s covered in that also if my car needs to be towed, do I have to pay a pocket for it.
