I've allocated 92 percent of my base pay to be contributed to the TSP. The rest of the percentage goes towards what is presumed to be the mandatory deductions being tax.

It worked for a month, however, the past 2 months, ive been getting my regular drill check armmout without any tsp contribution. I've called the dfas people who referred me to my state folks who then referred me to my unit, to whom of which I am still waiting on answers for.

Has anyone else dealt with a similar issue?

How did you go about resolving this?

Is there someone else I can contact to expedite this process? I really don't like the idea of missing out on any exponential gains.

Any insight or advice would help.

Anyone else having issues with MYPAY not allowing allocated TSP contribution?

    1. Is 92% actually available? If you have any deductions like SGLI or tax withholding, those take priority over the TSP. If less than the percentage you specify is available the contribution gets canceled. It does not automatically adjust.

Are you doing traditional or Roth?

Try bumping your percentage down to the percentage that you are sure will be available.
