Helping my grandma go through bills, noticed she hasn’t renewed her home owners insurance with State Farm. Expired end of may. If I call in could I just get it fixed or is she screwed?

Can’t get it fixed. Need to apply for insurance all over again, this time with a lapse in insurance coverage. Hopefully you’re not in a state or area where insurers are actively trying to shed business.
If your grandmother is open to it, she can have someone else listed on the policy so they are also notified if she doesn’t pay the bill on time.
