Hello everyone and sorry if this is a real rookie question.
I am a reservist that is about to mobilize in a few months. I was cut orders beginning of this month and report to active duty date is beginning of December.
I was planning on buying a car, but recently received orders in hand. If I went and bought a car now and got an interest rate above 6%, I wouldn't be able to show my orders to have it reduced to the finance people, correct? It would have had to have been a loan I took out prior to every being cut orders to active duty?
I'm a reservist in a unit that is activating. Would SCRA apply to loans acquired AFTER having received physical orders to active duty/mobilization but not reported in yet?

You can apply SCRA once you are activated until you’re deactivated.
It applies whatever activated date your orders specify
Doesn’t it only apply to loans taken before you’re called to duty? I don’t think it applies to loans you take up after you have orders
