I've been trying to reach the person on my claim team from the total loss department for the past week and a half, and she has only picked up the phone ONCE. I've been leaving countless voicemails and she claims she will get back to you within 1 business day but I haven't even gotten a call back from her. Today, I was only able to reach her because I called the State Farm customer support line and they were able to directly connect my line to hers. She gave me an attitude told me she would call me back? and then hung up.
I do want to say, the other customer support staff through State Farm have been incredibly nice and helpful. I don't understand what is going on with her and why she is unresponsive. My car has been totaled for over two weeks and I haven't even gotten at least a call back from this lady.

Call your agent and have him escalate it. Venting to Reddit isn’t going to do anything.
Escalate to a supv, and then to the supv’s boss if necessary.
I used to work for the Farm.
They are understaffed and overwhelmed with claims.
When I was there, hold times on the phone would be over an hour.
You can try sending an email to STATEFARMCLAIMS@STATEFARM.COM with your claim number in the subject line, but that’s not necessarily any faster
Or maybe stop leaving a million voicemails that’s putting you at the bottom of the call back list email her and be specific as to what you want
