Va disability and nat guard pay

I know these questions are asked often. I know how to do all of the math to put money aside for paying it back. But I didn’t consider the 2/3 week training. How does that work when figuring out how much to put aside? Definitely get more for that 2/3 weeks than the amount received for disability. (30% with spouse and dependent) if it helps.
