CIGNA HMO pregnancy coverage in MA

Hello all

I am a new planning immigrant to the US (Boston) and have just received a job offer where the employer is going to support CIGNA HMO plan for me and my wife.

Currently my wife is pregnant and I am not sure if this could be a kind of pre-existing condition for her to be covered by the plan throughout her rest period of pregnancy.

I wish I am not being a finger princess here but couldn't get solid answer by my own search. I will appreciate any takes from the community. Thank you!
